Lotfi Legal LLC began for personal reasons. Our founder, Shabnam Lotfi, started practicing immigration law to help her husband stay in the United States after marriage. She filed his green card application and helped him navigate the process, which included attending a joint interview at USCIS. Once the process had been completed, she started helping her international friends with the immigration challenges they were facing.
